Valencia Basket rose to fourth position in the
Endesa League with a solid team victory against a direct rival like Lenovo
Tenerife by 98-73 in a match in which the taronja team was ahead at all times,
driven first by an excellent first fourth from Ojeleye (15 points) and in the
second they contained the offensive appearance of Guy and Huertas with the
talent of Jones and seven consecutive points from Pradilla to lead by ten at
halftime. After the break, the taronja team gave a definitive blow to the game
in the third act and although the rival tried to complicate the taronja
offensive with a zone defense, in the end they found success in the triple to
even extend their advantage. Sergio De Larrea's first points as a professional
allowed the twelve players to score and were the culmination of the Taronja
victory.
